TEMS is the flagship European initiative for the deployment of a common data space in the audiovisual sector. It is a central element in the implementation of the European Data Strategy and aims to redefine the way the sector shares and extracts value from data. TEMS also supports the adoption of new technologies such as AI or Virtual Reality, with the aim of boosting the competitiveness of the European audiovisual industry and overcoming challenges such as misinformation.

Objectives

TEMS aims to establish a common European media data space that will transform how the audiovisual sector shares and leverages data. Through innovative technological solutions and standardized approaches, the project will enhance the competitiveness of the European audiovisual industry while facilitating the adoption of AI and emerging technologies. This initiative will create a secure, interoperable ecosystem that supports transparency and helps combat misinformation in the digital media landscape.
